CLASSIC CHEESE CAKE RECIPE
you will need
- Cheese - 500 g
- Sugar - 80 g
- Semolina - 50 g
- Egg - 3 pcs.
- Salt - ½ tsp.
- Vanillin – to taste
Method of cooking
- First of all, you need to put the cheese on cheesecloth and squeeze out the excess liquid.
- In a separate bowl, break the eggs, separating the yolks from the whites. Add sugar to the yolks and beat well, then mix with the cheese mixture.
- Mix the semolina and sugar and add to the cheese mixture.
- Form the cheesecakes! To do this, spread the cheese mass on a floured table and make balls out of it. Each of them should be given a shape - you can use a knife or spatula.
- Pour oil into a heated frying pan, then place the cheesecakes. Fry over low heat on both sides. You can serve with berries, jam or sour cream.

CHEESE CUPS WITH RAISINS
you will need
- Cheese - 250 g
- Semolina - 40 g
- Egg - 1 pcs.
- Sugar – to taste
- Salt - ½ tsp.
- Baking powder - ½ tsp.
- Raisins - 80 g
Method of cooking
- Rinse the raisins and soak them in hot water.
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, egg, salt, sugar, baking powder, and semolina.
- Dry the raisins and add to the cheese mixture. Let the mixture sit for 20 minutes.
- Form cheesecakes. Then place them on a heated frying pan and fry on both sides over low heat.
- Place the finished cheesecakes on a plate with a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Let cool.

you will need
- Cheese - 600 g
- Semolina - 60 g
- Sugar – to taste
- Salt - ½ tsp.
Method of cooking
- Drain the cheese of excess liquid. Then add salt, sugar, semolina and mix well.
- Form balls from the cheese mixture, then give them the desired shape and coat them with flour.
- Place the cheesecakes on a heated frying pan. Fry on both sides until golden brown.

you will need
- 5% fat cheese – 300 g
- Banana - 1 pcs.
- Flour - 30 g
- Semolina - 20 g
- Salt to taste
- Drinking yogurt – 100 g
- Berries - 60 g
Method of cooking
- Mash the banana, add the egg, cheese, and salt. Mix well.
- Pour semolina and flour into the curd mass, gradually stirring.

- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.
- Sugar – to taste

Method of cooking
- Mix the cottage cheese, egg, and sugar (to taste) until smooth. Then add the sour cream and mix well.
- Peel the apple and cut into cubes. Add to the cheese mixture. Sift the flour and mix with the semolina and baking powder. Mix the ingredients with the cheese mixture.
- Make balls from the dough, shape them and roll them in flour. Fry on both sides in a heated frying pan. The cheesecakes should turn out lush and tender in taste.

you will need
- Cheese - 180 g
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.
- Egg - 1 pcs.
- Semolina - 40 g
- Salt - ½ tsp.
- Raisins - 50 g
- Cornstarch – 1 tbsp.
Method of cooking
- Rinse the raisins, soak in water for 15 minutes, then pour boiling water over them and dry on a towel.
- Put the cheese in a bowl, mash it with a fork. Add sugar, salt and egg. Mix until smooth.
- Add semolina to the cheese mixture. Stir well again. Let stand for 20 minutes so that the semolina swells. Sift starch into the dough and add raisins. Then knead the mixture for cheesecakes.
- Roll the formed cheesecakes in flour and fry in a pan until golden brown.
DIETARY CHEESE CURES
you will need
- Cheese - 500 g
- Semolina - 40 g
- Egg - 1 pcs.
- Dried apricots - 100 g
- Sugar substitute – 2 sachets
- Corn flour – 40 g
- Vanillin – to taste
Method of cooking
- In a deep bowl, beat the cottage cheese, egg, sugar substitute and vanilla.
- Finely chop the dried apricots, then add them to the cheese along with the flour and semolina. Mix well.
- Form cheesecakes and roll them in a little flour. Place on a heated frying pan and fry on both sides.

you will need
- Cheese - 300 g
- Semolina - 80 g

- Pour the batter into the molds and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Cook for 20-25 minutes.
- Place the finished cheesecakes on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

LVIV CHEESE CHEESE
you will need
- Cheese (fatty) – 500 g
- Chicken egg - 4 pc.
- Sugar - 150 g
- Manka - 1 st. l.
- Butter - 100 g
- Lemon peel - 1 pc.
- Raisins - 30 g
For the icing:
- Sour cream - 3 Art. l
- Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
- Butter - 1 tbsp. l.
Method of cooking
- Pass the cheese through a meat grinder or through a sieve. It must be dry!
- Beat the egg yolks and sugar with a mixer until smooth, add room temperature butter, semolina, raisins and lemon zest. Then pour in the cottage cheese and mix everything with a blender at minimum speed.
- Beat the egg whites well and add them to the cheese mixture. Mix with a spoon.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Bake for 30-50 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
- For the glaze: melt the butter, add the sugar and mix. Then add the cocoa and continue to cook over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Pour the hot glaze over the finished cheesecake. Leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
CHEESE PASTRY WITH RICE FLOUR
you will need
- Cheese - 350 g
- Rice flour – 3 tbsp.
- Semolina - 50 g
- Raisins - 50 g
- Egg - 1 pcs.
- Sugar - 80 g
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
- Butter - 30 g
- Sour - 50 g
- Vanillin – to taste
Method of cooking
- Use only dry cottage cheese. Beat with a blender, add butter, sugar, sour cream, salt, egg and beat again until smooth.
- Then add rice flour and semolina, mix.
- Form cheesecakes. Fry in a heated frying pan with butter.
- Place the finished cheesecakes on a baking sheet and put in the oven for a few minutes. You can serve with jam or berries.
