How to cook?

APPLE COOKIES

Ingredients:

  • Apples - 2-3 pcs.
  • Eggs - 1 pieces.
  • Wheat flour - 1 Art. l
  • Butter - 60 g
  • Sugar - 5 tbsp. spoon
  • Baking soda - 0,5 tsp. l.
  • Salt to taste

How to cook?

Put the butter in a plate and add sugar to it, then rub it with a fork until you get the consistency of "sugar lumps". Beat the egg, add soda and a pinch of salt, and then mix. Add sifted flour to the resulting mixture.

Cut the washed and peeled apples into small pieces or grate them and add them to the dough. Thus, you will get ready dough for cookies.

Grease a pan with butter and place the dough formed into small balls on it. It is important to place the cookies a little further from each other, as they will increase in volume during cooking.

Place the cookie sheet in the oven heated to 180 degrees and bake the apple dessert for 15-18 minutes.

Ingredients:

How to cook?

Broccoli and cauliflower must first be boiled until soft in slightly salted water. After the cabbage becomes soft, it should be finely chopped and placed in a baking dish greased with butter.

Beat the eggs and add milk or sour cream to them. Salt the resulting mixture slightly and add grated cheese and grated carrot to it. The resulting mixture is poured into a mold with cabbage, sprinkled with greens on top and sent to an oven heated to 150 degrees.   • Vegetable oil - 1/4 cup

For filling

  • Cinnamon - 1 tsp.
  • Plums — 4 pcs.
  • Butter - 2 tablespoons l.
  • Powdered sugar

How to cook?

Mix flour with baking powder and add a pinch of salt. In a separate bowl, beat sugar, egg, butter and milk, then add flour to the mixture and mix.

The finished dough should be placed in a mold with a diameter of 20-23 cm, previously greased with oil and sprinkled with flour. Sliced ​​plums should be placed on the dough, slightly pressed into the dough. The cake must be sprinkled with sugar, and also put a few pieces of butter on top, then send it to the oven, heated to 180 degrees and bake for 40 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Cranberries - 1 kg.
  • Powdered sugar - 1 glass
  • Egg whites - 2 pcs.
  • Lemon juice - 0,5 tbsp. l.

  • Semolina - 3 tbsp. l.

How to cook?

Cut the peeled pumpkin into large pieces and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Turn the baked pumpkin into puree using a blender or a regular fork, then add 1 tablespoon of sugar, one egg, 1,5 tbsp. spoons of semolina and mix. Mix the remaining portions of semolina, sugar and one egg with baby cottage cheese.

Prepare a baking dish and put in it, alternating one with the other, first the pumpkin and then the cottage cheese mixture. Bake the casserole at a temperature of 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Broccoli - 100 g
