

How to overcome the fear of air alarms: advice from the Ministry of Health

The fear of air alarms is very tiring and affects the quality of our life. However, with the help of some advice from the Ministry of Health, you can try to control this fear. In this article, we will consider effective methods that will help control fear during missile attacks.

However, it is important to learn to master this fear as much as possible, so that it does not permeate your entire life, does not turn into panic and does not provoke you to destructive actions or dangerous inaction- Ministry of Health.








Remember that any event has a beginning and an end. All bad events come to an end. Our goal is to save ourselves and survive these events with the least losses. Therefore, try to take care of basic needs: food, drink, sleep, rest. At the first opportunity, return to life the daily routine and rituals. Daily routines help.
