However, this time the study of Chinese scientists was conducted not only with the participation of pregnant women (like all previous ones), but also with the active participation of men. Experts studied 8,5 thousand married couples undergoing treatment for infertility. All future fathers were interested in whether the future father's weight affects the formation of the future child's sex.

OVERWEIGHT MEN HAVE BOYS MORE OFTEN According to statistics, more boys than girls are born in the world. But during the study it was also found that 611 boys and 569 girls were born to slim and even thin men - this indicator corresponds to the traditional coefficient. But in men with excess weight, boys were born 27% more often, and scientists associate this feature precisely with the weight indicators of the parents.
