They wanted to refuse the adoption of the second child: Inna Myroshnychenko spoke frankly about the difficulties in court

Inna Myroshnychenko, chosen one of Timur Myroshnychenko, honestly told about the difficulties of adoption. This summer, as is known, she and her star husband became foster parents for one more child — the girl Angelina, who returned to Ukraine from abroad.

Lawyer and blogger in his own right Instagram shared that getting official permission to adopt her daughter turned out to be a real challenge, since one of the jurors was against it.

The mother of many children voiced the reasons why they wanted to refuse her. The jury demanded that Inna provide a certificate that she is not registered with a psychiatrist. Moreover, the document had to be from a state hospital, not from a private one. Moreover, the jury also requested that Angelina appear in court and answer a number of certain questions.

Inna says that she was very excited because she did not want to injure the child. Fortunately, Angelina still did not have to attend the court.

"It was difficult for me to understand the train of thought. Why does a person want my child to return to boarding school? He said that he did not trust the medical opinion. He wants to see a certificate from the state hospital that I am not registered with a psychiatrist. Because he does not trust the private hospital where I did the examination. Trebuet interrogates Angelina in court. The court is not a place for a child. Interrogation by the court can be traumatic." Myroshnychenko spoke about all these circumstances.

Moreover, the jury stated that the allegedly star family has an apartment that is too small for six people to live there. The specialist also demanded from Inna an updated declaration of income.

In the end, the second juror, the secretary and the representative of the child welfare service sided with the Myroshnychenko family and supported their decision. Therefore, the couple still managed to become official guardians for the 9-year-old girl.

According to the woman, the juror believed that children could sleep in the kitchen. And the declaration of income should be checked, since, perhaps, the lawyer no longer has a source of income. In contrast to this juror, other representatives of the court turned out to be more friendly and benevolent.

By the way, Timur and Inna Myroshnychenko have two biological children - daughter Mia and son Mark. In the summer of 2023, they became foster parents for the boy Marcel from the Zhytomyr Children's Home. And a few months ago, their family grew by one more child - a girl, Angelina.

The couple said that the second adoption had a number of certain requirements for them, since they could become parents only for a child of a certain age, according to the recommendations provided by specialists in these matters.
