The point is that in some products there is an amino acid tryptophan, which affects the formation of serotonin, which means that it promotes relaxation and calmness.
So, to make the child's sleep strong and calm, try to give the following products before falling asleep.
Dairy produce
Yogurt, milk, cottage cheese, and cheese are rich in tryptophan, which means they can ensure good sleep for your child. In addition, milk contains a lot of calcium, thanks to which melatonin is produced.
Oatmeal
This porridge will be useful not only for breakfast, but also for dinner. It contains protein and carbohydrates. The latter, by the way, increase the productivity of melatonin. Also, after using oatmeal, the feeling of satiety lasts longer, which means that the child will have fewer reasons to wake up in the middle of the night.
Banana
