But when studying the composition of store-bought ice cream, many mothers doubt its benefits for their children. Yes, the taste qualities sometimes leave much to be desired... In order to achieve the necessary rich texture, we will use cream in all recipes for homemade ice cream. And our favorite fruits, berries and sweeteners will help to diversify the usual cream filling.

HOME PLUMBER

Ingredients:

  • 250 ml cream
  • 300 ml of milk
  • 35 g of dry milk
  • 10 g of corn starch
  • 90 g sugar
  • 1 hours. L. vanilla sugar

Preparation:

  1. Dissolve the starch in 50 ml of milk.
  2. Mix sugar and milk powder, and while stirring constantly, add the rest of the milk.
  3. We put the resulting mixture on a slow fire, bring it to a boil and add starch.
  4. If you have small lumps, do not despair, just strain the mixture. Cover it with a film and let it cool.
  5. To make the ice cream fat, choose cream with a fat content of at least 15%. Whip the cooled cream slightly and combine with the milk base.
  6. Next, we have 2 options. If you have an ice cream maker, follow the instructions. If it is not there, put it in the freezer and stir it every 20 minutes until the ice cream thickens completely.
  7. In just a few hours, the filling is ready. Take out and make your relatives happy! It goes well with fruit sauce, jam, honey and chocolate.

CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM IN HOME CONDITIONS

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cream 40%
  • 1 cup cream 18%
  • 3 Art. cocoa spoons
  • 0,5 cup sugar
  • a pinch of vanilla sugar
  • pinch of salt

Preparation:

  1. Heat the 18% fat cream a little and divide it in half. Add cocoa to the first part and mix thoroughly. Bring the second half to a boil, add sugar and gradually pour cocoa. Let the mixture cool.
  2. Meanwhile, whip 40% cream with salt and vanilla.
  3. Combine the two mixtures at room temperature.
  4. Ready in an ice cream maker or freezer, as described in the first recipe.
  5. Chocolate topping will perfectly complement the composition.

STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM

Ingredients:

  • 300 ml cream

CHERRY ICE CREAM RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • 350 ml cream
  • 250 ml of milk
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 150 g sugar
  • vanillin
  • pinch of salt
  • 200 g cherries

Preparation:

  1. Mash the cherry with a fork or blender, leaving small pieces. Sprinkle with sugar and leave.
  2. Heat the milk over low heat. Add sugar, vanilla and salt.
  3. Beat the yolks and gradually pour hot milk into them, stirring constantly.
  4. We return the milk mixture to the stove and bring it to thicken.
  5. Add cream, mix, cover with film and leave to cool at room temperature.
  6. Combine the cooled mass with cherries and put in the freezer. Stir every half hour until fully cooked.
  7. To serve ice cream, you can use paper molds or prepare cups in a waffle maker.

HOMEMADE ICE CREAM WITH APRICOT

Ingredients:

  • 1 glass of cream
  • 0,5 cup water
  • 0,5 cup sugar
  • 450 g apricots
  • 2 drops of almond or vanilla essence
  • a few drops of lemon juice

Preparation:

  1. Cut the apricots, put them in a saucepan and boil them a little. Then add sugar and cool. Grind with a blender to a homogeneous mass.
  2. Mix apricot puree with cream, almond essence and lemon juice.
  3. Ready according to the instructions in the first recipe.
  4. This ice cream is even tastier with apricot jam.
  5. To serve ice cream, you can use paper molds or make waffle cups.

MINT ICE CREAM WITH CHOCOLATE CRUMBS

Ingredients:

  • 500 ml cream
  • 250 ml of milk
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 150 g sugar
  • a few leaves of fresh mint
  • 60 g dark chocolate

Preparation:

  1. First wash the mint, select the youngest fresh leaves and dry them.
  2. Mix half of the cream with milk, add a little sugar and mint. Heat over low heat without bringing to a boil. Leave the milk to infuse and absorb the taste of mint.
  3. Beat the yolks with the remaining sugar and gradually pour in the hot (heated) cream mixture. Stir constantly with a whisk and put on fire. Bring to a thickening and leave to cool.
  4. Whip the remaining cream and gently mix with the main mass.
  5. We put the future ice cream in the container in layers, liberally sprinkling each layer with grated chocolate.
  6. You can prepare the ice cream in a large tray and serve it in balls or freeze it immediately in portioned forms.

CREAM BRULE ICE CREAM

Ingredients:

  • 100 ml cream
  • 350 ml of milk
  • 30 g of dry milk
  • 100 g sugar
  • 8 g of corn starch

Preparation:

  1. The favorite caramel taste of creme brulee is very easy to repeat at home. We make syrup from milk and sugar. Melt 40 g of sugar in a saucepan until caramel. Then add 50 g of milk to it, mix and cook over low heat until the consistency of condensed milk.
  2. In a separate saucepan, mix the remaining sugar, dry milk and caramel. Gradually add milk and bring to a boil.
  3. Starch must be diluted in a small amount of cold milk in advance. And at this stage, stirring constantly, introduce it to the rest of the mass.
  4. We cover our mass with film and send it to the refrigerator.
  5. Whip the cream with a mixer, add the cooled mass and whip again. We bring the ice cream to readiness in an ice cream maker or in the freezer.

ICE CREAM WITH CHERRIES AND CHOCOLATE

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup cream
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g sugar
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g of fresh cherries

Preparation:

ORANGE ICE CREAM

Ingredients:

  • 500 ml cream
  • 450 ml of milk
  • 300 g sugar
  • 2 orange

Preparation:

  1. Remove the peel from one orange and pour warm milk over it. Leave to infuse.

Preparation:

  1. Mangoes must be peeled and pitted. Grind in a blender with lemon juice.
  2. Separate the egg whites and beat them into an elastic foam with salt and sugar.
  3. We also whip the cream in a separate bowl. Gradually add mango and mix with a spatula with egg whites.
  4. We bring the ice cream to readiness in the freezer. Serve with grated chocolate.
  5. This dessert can also be served simply chilled: put the finished ice cream in bowls, let it cool a little in the refrigerator and serve it to the table.
