For this cottage cheese Easter you will need:

  • cottage cheese - 500 g,
  • egg yolks - 4 pcs.,
  • sour cream - 200 g,
  • butter (room temperature) — 100 g,
  • sugar - 100 g,
  • vanilla sugar - 1 teaspoon (or 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract),
  • raisins - to taste,
  • any nuts - 50 g

All the above-mentioned ingredients for curd Easter can be varied in free proportions. The amount of sugar, dried fruit, butter - in fact, all these ingredients can be put in any quantitative and qualitative ratio.

Mandatory rules and conditions for preparing cottage cheese Easter without baking are:

  • The presence of a special form (this "pyramid" with holes for draining the serum can be purchased). These forms are detachable and solid. The first option is preferable. Very often, there are holes on the walls of such forms, thanks to which the cake will have a pattern. It's beautiful, we advise you to choose this one.
  • Cottage cheese must be thoroughly rubbed through a sieve, it can also be ground with a blender. When rubbed through a sieve, it turns out easier, the blender gives greater uniformity.
  • The dried fruits that you will put in your curd Easter should be thoroughly washed and dried.

HOW TO PREPARE CHEESE EASTER

  • Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, add sugar and soft butter to it, mix again. Then add eggs, sour cream, vanilla sugar and any dried fruits and nuts in the grinding you like best.
  • Line the inner surface of your Easter mold with clean gauze and put the prepared mass there. Place a load on the wide part of your pyramid.
  • Put the mold in a plate so that the serum can flow out of it and leave it in a cool place for 10-12 hours. When your cottage cheese Easter thickens, take it out of the mold, free it from the cheesecloth and decorate it according to your skill and imagination.

RECIPE OF CHEESE EASTER ZAVARNA

For this cake you will need:

  • cottage cheese - 500 g
  • butter - 100 g
  • chicken egg - 3 pc.

  • raisins (or other dried fruits) - 50 g
  • cream (20-30%) - 200 g
  • vanilla - 1/4 tsp. l.
  • dark chocolate - 50 g

Preparation:

  1. Prepare cottage cheese in the same way as in the previous recipe, mix it with butter and vanilla.
  2. Beat eggs with sugar into a thick foam, add cream to them and place in a water bath. When the mixture thickens, remove it and let it cool.
  3. Mix all the ingredients, mix thoroughly.
  4. Put it in a mold, let the curd beauty stand, release it from the mold. That's it, your masterpiece is ready!
