Preparation:

  1. Peel and wash the potatoes, cut them into cubes.
  2. Do the same with carrots.
  3. Wash the broccoli, separate it into florets, cut off the tough parts of the stem.
  4. Pour water into a liter saucepan, bring to a boil, add a little salt.
  5. Put vegetables in boiling water, boil for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and grind with an immersion blender.
  7. When serving, add a little cream to each plate.

IMPORTANT! If the child is less than 2 years old, there is no need to salt and pepper his food!

Tart with chicken and broccoli

Ingredients: chicken fillet - 600-700 g, broccoli - 400 g, wheat flour - 250 g, cream - half a glass, eggs - 3 pcs., hard cheese - 100 g, butter - 4 tbsp. spoons, vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. spoons, onion - 1 pc., salt and spices

Preparation:

  1. Boil the chicken fillet until ready.
  2. Remove from the pan, cool slightly, cut into small slices and fry in a pan for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Peel, cut and fry the onion and broccoli separately.
  4. Mix all the prepared ingredients in a separate container, add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Grind soft butter with flour into crumbs, then knead with your hands until you get an elastic dough.
  6. Wrap the dough in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 40-50 minutes.
  7. For filling, beat an egg with salt and cream.
  8. Add grated cheese to the beaten egg.
  9. Take the dough out of the refrigerator, spread it in an even layer in a form with high sides.
  10. Put the filling and pour the egg mixture.
  11. Bake at 180-200°C for about 30-40 minutes.

Broccoli souffle

Ingredients: broccoli - 400-500 g, chicken egg - 1 pc., hard cheese - 25 g, starch - 2 tbsp. spoons, 10% cream - 2 tbsp. spoons, butter for lubrication, salt to taste

Preparation:

  1. Cut broccoli into florets and boil in salted water for 7-10 minutes.
  2. Take it out and beat it in a puree with a blender.
  3. Add cream mixed with starch and yolk to the broccoli.
  4. Beat the protein and also add to the broccoli puree.
  5. Add the grated cheese, gently mixing it with a wooden spoon.
  6. Grease the soufflé molds with butter and fill them about two-thirds full.
  7. Bake in the oven at 180°C in a water bath for about 30-40 minutes.
  8. It can be served with sour cream and greens.

Lasagna with broccoli and cauliflower

Ingredients: broccoli — 100 g, cauliflower — 100 g, red sweet pepper — 1 pc., wheat flour — 4 tbsp. spoons, nutmeg, dry lasagna sheets — 6 pcs., carrots — 1 pc., cherry tomatoes — 3 pcs., minced chicken — 300 g, vegetable oil — 6 tbsp. spoon, milk - 900 ml, oregano, salt, breadcrumbs, ground black pepper - to taste

Preparation:

  1. Wash bell pepper, carrots, broccoli and cauliflower, dry and cut into small cubes.
  2. Chop the parsley, cut the tomatoes into cubes.
  3. In a pan, heat 2 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil, fry bell pepper, carrots, broccoli and cauliflower over low heat for about 10 minutes.
  4. Prepare the bechamel sauce. To do this, in a saucepan with a thick bottom, heat 4 tbsp. spoons of butter, add flour and fry for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. Pour milk into the flour in a thin stream while constantly stirring; add spices: basil, oregano, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Bring to a boil, when the sauce thickens, remove from heat.
  6. Place the lasagna in layers on a baking sheet in this order: lasagna sheet, vegetables, tomatoes, greens (if necessary, boil the lasagna sheets). Pour bechamel over each layer.
  7. The last layer is vegetables, it also needs to be poured with sauce.
  8. Sprinkle the lasagna with breadcrumbs and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35-40 minutes.

Casserole from minced chicken with broccoli

Ingredients: broccoli — 400 g, minced chicken — 300 g, chicken eggs — 4 pcs., sour cream — 3 tbsp. spoons, cherry tomatoes - 250 g, hard cheese - 200 g, salt, spices to taste

Preparation:

  1. Wash the vegetables, cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  2. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  3. Beat eggs with sour cream, salt and spices.
  4. Put layers in a baking container: minced chicken, broccoli, tomatoes, grated cheese. Repeat 2 times, the last layer is grated cheese.
  5. Pour over the beaten eggs.
  6. Bake at 200°C for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
  7. As an option, you can add 100 g of boiled pasta to the casserole (by reducing the amount of vegetables) - you will get such a lazy lasagna.

Ingredients: minced chicken - 500 g, cauliflower - 200 g, broccoli - 200 g, chicken egg - 1 pc., salt and pepper to taste, breadcrumbs

Preparation:

  1. Put the minced meat in a deep dish, add an egg and mix.
  2. Cut broccoli and cauliflower into florets, boil, grind in a blender.
  3. Add the cabbage to the minced meat.
  4. Add salt, pepper, a few tablespoons of breadcrumbs to the resulting mixture, mix.
