Nutritionists Natalya Samoilenko and Anna Belokoz present their revolutionary book about children's issues together with the presenter Marichka Padalko.

Do you want your child to be smart, healthy and happy? Teach the ego to ask correctly! But how to develop these healthy eating skills without coercion and negativity? TV presenter and mother Marychka Padalko will talk about it with well-known nutritionists Natalya Samoilenko and Anna Belokoz, who wrote the book "Nutrition education: 10 steps to your child's health". The publication was published by Yakaboo Publishing in March of this year, and has already become popular among Ukrainian parents.

The presentation will be held online — so many mothers who now live with their children in other countries will be able to join the discussion of an important topic.

The broadcast will be hosted by Marychka Padalko on own page on Instagram. The start of the event is at 19.00:30 on Sunday, April XNUMX.

Natalya Samoilenko and Anna Belokoz are well-known doctors in the field of nutrition and endocrinology in Ukraine. The individual approach is the basis of their author's personal programs for adults and children to improve the body. At the presentation, they will talk about the most interesting insights from the book: how to overcome "sugar addiction" in children, what a "healthy plate" should be for children of different ages, when excess weight in children is the result of hormonal imbalance and how to help it, is fast food really harmful and what to do when you need to organize a children's holiday.

"We teach our children social norms and good behavior, we explain why it is necessary to study well and be polite, we make sure that our child is physically active and brushes his teeth. But for some reason we forget about one of the most important skills that we must instill in our children. Healthy eating habits. After all, proper nutrition in childhood is the foundation of health and the basis of proper child development." - say the authors of the book.

However, the main focus of the presentation will be on specific cases from the practice of doctors: typical and quite unusual, on examples of nutrition education of the authors' and presenter's own children.

The interactive part of the presentation will be valuable for the audience: attentive and caring parents will be able to ask questions to the experts about everything related to the development of healthy eating skills. The most active viewers will take part in the book raffle.

Yelena Parkhomets, the publishing editor of Yakaboo Publishing, will also take part in the presentation, who will talk about how the book was created from an idea to a color edition with witty illustrations and lots of applications with games, useful tables and graphs.

"Books in the non-fiction genre require a particularly attentive attitude to the entire process of their creation. The work on this book lasted almost an hour, because it was very important for us to offer readers material that would be scientifically based, but at the same time not boring. We also wanted at least partial involvement of children, so we added interesting games and tasks, and the book itself was illustrated with bright and cheerful illustrations by Alina Tyshchuk. I think that thanks to the expertise of the authors, the relevance of the topic and the non-boring implementation of the material, we were able to create a powerful and even unique product for our book market.I hope that the book will find all its readers: both adults and children." — comments Elena Parkhomets.

The opinion of the editors may not coincide with the opinion of the author of the article.
