Charitable campaign "2 gifts for the New Year"

On December 1, the annual charity campaign "2 gifts for the New Year" starts, where everyone who cares can become a magician for a particular child. Already for the eighth time, the charity foundation "Tvoya opora" together with "Novaya poshto" fulfill the New Year's dreams of children who found themselves in difficult life circumstances or were deprived of parental care.

This year, my letters with wishes to St. Nicholas and Sante were sent two thousand babies. A designer, a hat and gloves, a watch, a soccer ball, rubber bands and hair clips, deodorant and cosmetics... Their desires are very simple things that may seem banal to us, but for them it is a dream come true.

"Now, when our country is suffering from war, children without parental care need special attention and warmth. Yes, unfortunately, we cannot provide every abandoned child with a loving family. However, it is within our power to give them joy and faith in miracles. The campaign "2000 New Year's gifts" aims to bring a holiday for every boy and girl who grow up without parental love. Not just to make a gift, but to make every child's dream come true. Therefore, our team contacted the wards in advance and collected letters with the New Year's wishes of each pupil, so that the children really received as a gift exactly what they dreamed of. And to make their dreams come true, we really need your support," says Valeria Tatarchuk, founder and general director of Tvoya opora BF.

Each child will receive his desired gift, which traditionally will be delivered at his own expense to any part of the country by "Novaya pochta" - a long-standing partner of the campaign.

"Since the beginning of the Russian aggression, Novaya pochta has been helping those who need support the most, including small Ukrainians. Children are one of the most vulnerable groups of the population, they perceive current realities with exceptional sensitivity. Especially when it comes to seriously ill children and those who are in orphanages. During the New Year holidays, such children need miracles more than usual, they want to believe in a fairy tale! We are grateful to BF "Tvoy Opora" for the opportunity to participate in the implementation of children's wishes, turning our couriers and operators into real magicians. We plan to send more than 2000 parcels, which means to receive 2000 happy children's smiles!" says Georgy Harkusha, head of the Novaya Poshta Humanitarian Post Office.
