Ingredients:
- 2-3 ripe bananas
- 100 g sugar
- 100 ml of vegetable oil
- 200 g flour
- 3 eggs
- 10 g baking powder

Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Mash the bananas with a fork to a smooth puree, add sugar, butter, eggs and mix well.
- Add baking powder to the flour, then pour in the liquid banana mixture and mix until smooth.
- Grease a baking dish with oil, put the dough in it, sprinkle cinnamon on top and spread it over the surface with a sharp knife. Then the cake will have a delicious and aromatic crust.

- 140 ml yogurt
- 25 g of vegetable oil

- 1 egg

Preparation:
- Beat the egg with kefir, add butter, cinnamon and sugar.
- Sift flour into this mixture and mix well. Extinguish the soda with lemon juice and add to the dough.
- Peel the apples and cut them into very small cubes.
- Pour half of the dough into each mold, then lay out the apples and pour the dough on top. Do not fill the forms with dough to the edges, because it will increase in volume!
- Bake the cupcakes for 25 minutes at a temperature of 180 °C.
DRIED FRUIT CAKE
Ingredients:
- 250 g dried fruits
- 100 g of flour (or rice flour)
- fruit puree (can be banana, apple, pear, or mix different ones)

Preparation:

- 2 raw eggs
- 3 boiled eggs
- 1,5 cups of flour (you may need a little more or less)
- 1 / 2 hours. L. salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 100 g butter

Preparation:
- Boil 3 eggs and leave to cool. Remove the shell from them and finely chop.
- Melt butter, add green onions or other greens to it, mix and add chopped eggs. Pepper and salt. The filling is ready!
For the dough:
- Mix all products, except soda and flour, into a homogeneous mass, mix well. Then add baking soda and flour. In terms of consistency, you should have a dough like thick sour cream.
- It is not necessary to beat the dough, mix well enough so that the mass is homogeneous.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment and pour a little less than half of the dough on the bottom. Spread the filling in an even layer on top, pour the remaining dough.
- Preheat the oven and bake the pie until golden brown for about 40 minutes at 180 °C.
