Ingredients:

Preparation:
- Soak the dates in hot water for 15 minutes. Remove the bones and remove the skin from them.
- Nuts are finely ground in a coffee grinder, and then mixed in a blender with cocoa, dates, vanilla and salt, ground to a thick paste.
- Form small balls from the resulting mass. Roll them in cocoa and ground pistachios, put them on a board and put them in the refrigerator. When the candies harden a little, you can put them in a container. Store only in the refrigerator.

HOMEMADE CANDY "RAFAELLO"
Ingredients:
- condensed milk - 1 can
- dry milk - 100 g
- coconut shavings - 5 packs (you may need less)
- almonds — 100-150 g
Method of preparation:
- Mix condensed milk, a little dry milk and coconut shavings, heat this whole mass and leave it for 10 minutes until it thickens. If the "dough" sticks to your hands, add more coconut shavings. To mold the candies better, wet your hands in water.
- We put peeled almonds in each candy and roll them into shavings. Before cleaning almonds, soak them in hot water for 10 to 30 minutes.
- We put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours and the candies are ready.

LENT LENT CANDY
Ingredients:
- 100 g green lentils
- 100 g dates
- 100 d armor
- 50 grams of cashew
- 50 g walnuts
- 2 Art. l. cocoa or dark chocolate
- almond petals
Method of preparation:
- Soak dates and dried apricots in cold water for 1 hour.
- Lentils are boiled until cooked, cooled and mashed into puree.
- Put the nuts on a dry, heated pan and fry. Cool and grind in a blender.
- Dried fruits are dried and ground in a blender.
- Mix lentil puree with chopped dried fruits and nuts, add cocoa and mix thoroughly.
- Roll balls from the prepared mass. If desired, roll each in cocoa, chopped nuts or chocolate.
- Put the candies in the refrigerator for several hours.

CARROT CANDY WITH HAZELNUTS
Ingredients:
- 1 carrots
- 2 hours. L. cocoa
- 2 tbsp. flax
- zest of 1 orange
- a handful of dates
- a handful of hazelnuts
Preparation:
- Peel the seeds from the dates, grind them in a blender to a homogeneous mass, you can add a little water.
- Wash, peel and grate the carrots.
- Grind dry flax in a coffee grinder or blender to a powder. Chop the hazelnuts into large pieces, small ones will be useful for sprinkling.
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender, except for hazelnuts, add it to the mass, mix, roll into balls, roll in hazelnut powder if desired.

GRATED HOMEMADE CANDY
Ingredients:
- honey - 3 tbsp. l.
- coconut oil - 1 tsp. l.
- butter - 100 g
- cookies (or milk powder)
- sesame seeds — 50 g
- linseed 0 50 g
- walnuts - 100 g
- cocoa — 80-100 g
Ingredients:
- Grind all the dry ingredients in a blender, add honey and mix well.
- Heat cocoa powder with cream and coconut oil in a water bath. Add to the mixture of nuts and cookies, mix well.
- As a result, the mixture should stick well and roll into balls.
- You can use crushed nuts, cookies or wafer cakes for the sprinkle. Coconut shavings will not work.

HOMEMADE CANDY "HALVA"
Ingredients:
- 200 g of cleaned sunflower seeds
- 100 g dates
- 50 ml of water
- sesame, any nuts, cocoa - to your taste
Preparation:
- Grind the seeds in a coffee grinder or blender. Remove the pits from the dates, put them in a blender, pour water and mix. You should get a liquid "caramel".
- Mix the seeds (leave 1 tablespoon of crushed seeds for sprinkling) and date mass. You should get a thick mixture from which you can sculpt balls. If the mixture is liquid, add more seeds, sesame, cocoa, ground nuts, if it is thick, add a little water.
- We roll balls of candy, roll them in seeds and enjoy!
