Take:

  • 4 chicken fillets
  • 1/2 garlic clove
  • 1/3 tsp grated nutmeg
  • 250 g dried apricots
  • 100 ml of broth
  • 2 Art. spoons of sour cream
  • 50 g grated cheese
  • salt
  • green onions for decoration

Preparation:

  1. Wash the chicken fillet, dry it well with a paper towel and beat it slightly. Peel the garlic and pass it through a press. Coat the chicken fillet with garlic mass, salt and sprinkle with nutmeg. Wash dried apricots, pour boiling water over them and leave for 10 minutes.
  2. Then throw it on a sieve and let the water drain. Finely chop dried apricots. Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Spread the chicken fillets on the work surface, put a little dried apricots in the middle of each one and roll the fillet with a roll.
  3. Chop with skewers or tie with culinary thread. Place the rolls in a mold, pour in the broth. Brush the top of each roll with sour cream and place in the oven for 25 minutes. Periodically pour the sauce that forms during cooking.
  4. Remove the form with rolls from the oven, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 10 minutes. Free the rolls from the skewers or threads, cut them and serve them on the table. It can be served on salad leaves and garnished with greens.

Chicken fillet with broccoli

If there is a vegetable that can compete with chicken in terms of protein content and digestibility, it is only broccoli. Dishes made from it for children have not only a delicate taste and a light dietary composition, but also great benefits. Do not rush to frown, it is not necessary to serve this cabbage to the table in the form of green mashed mass!

Take:

  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • 100 g broccoli
  • 4 Art. spoons of natural yogurt
  • 5 hours a spoonful of soy sauce
  • sesame seeds
  • salt to taste
  • vegetable oil

Preparation:

  1. Wash the fillet, cut it lengthwise and pat it into a thin layer. Boil and puree the broccoli.
  2. Make the sauce. Yogurt, soy sauce, sesame seeds combine and mix. Add 2 tbsp. spoons of sauce in broccoli puree. Marinate the fillet in the remaining sauce. Put half in a baking dish. Put the puree on top and smooth it out.
  3. Cover with the remaining fillet. Heat the oven to 200 °C. Bake for about 30 minutes.

Crispy nuggets

Take:

  • 500 g chicken fillets
  • salt
  • ground paprika to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 / 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 h. spoons of finely chopped green parsley
  • breadcrumbs
  • vegetable oil

Preparation:

  1. Wash the fillet, dry it and cut it into equal pieces. Beat eggs together with salt. Pour the egg mixture over the chicken pieces and leave for 10 minutes.
  2. Combine flour, chopped parsley, paprika, a pinch of salt and mix. Roll the chicken pieces in the flour mixture, then in the breadcrumbs.
  3. Put it on a pan heated with vegetable oil and fry until golden.

Meat cutlets with filling, or zrazy, is a dish that the baby will weave in both cheeks. Take:

  • 500 g chicken fillets
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 1 onion
  • 2 slices of white bread
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 egg
  • 3 peeled walnuts
  • 1 Art. a spoonful of cream
  • 2 Art. spoons of breadcrumbs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil

Preparation:

  1. Pass the fillet, onion and garlic through a meat grinder. Soak the bread pulp in milk for 5 minutes, then squeeze it out and add it to the minced meat. Beat the egg, add salt and pepper to taste and mix well. Grind nuts and combine with cream.
  2. Divide the minced meat into pieces and form cakes from them. Put 1 teaspoon in the center of each flatbread. a spoonful of filling. Pinch the edges so that you get patties. Bread each cutlet in breadcrumbs.
  3. In a frying pan, fry the zrazy on both sides for 3 minutes, then reduce the heat, add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of water, cover the pan with a lid and simmer until ready.
