Preparing Easter bread is a meditative, very long and difficult process. But if you want to eat Easter bread, but don't have enough time to stand at the stove, or you are not very experienced, a bread maker will do a great job of baking Easter bread for you.
Buttery pastries in a bread maker are very tasty, no different from those made by hand. In addition, you can use a dough mixer, leave it to rise in the bread maker - it maintains a constant temperature, and bake Easter cakes in the oven.

It is important to follow some simple rules: while the dough is kneading, if you really want to, you can open it and see how it is going. You may need to help the bread maker a little and use a wooden spatula to collect the pieces of dough that have stuck to the sides of the bucket. After the kneading is over, a dense ball of dough has formed, the fermentation process begins, now you can not open the lid until the beep.

- Place the ingredients in the bread maker bucket according to the instructions in your unit – for example, first the liquid ingredients, then very carefully, the dry ones. If you have a dispenser, add the dried fruits and nuts, if there is no dispenser – add them after the beep. As a rule, this happens closer to the end of the kneading.
- Bake the Easter cake on the "sweet bread" program, choose a weight of 750 grams, and a light crust color so that it does not burn.
