As of Ukrainian SMEs Four types of social assistance have become available for registration on the Diya portal.
Social assistance to families with children is a support system aimed at making life easier for parents and children in difficult or adverse circumstances. This form of assistance aims to provide for the basic needs of families, promote their social and economic well-being, and stimulate the healthy development and upbringing of children.
4 types of social assistance that can be applied for through Diya
- Assistance with child adoption – for parents who have adopted orphans or children deprived of parental care.
- Assistance to a person caring for a sick child who is not diagnosed with a disability.
- Help people with disabilities since childhood and children with disabilities, which is assigned for the entire period of disability.
- Help for a child of a single mother or father – for single adoptive parents or single mothers or fathers who are not married.
