Rules for using materials from the moirebenok.ua website
Any use of materials from the moirebenok.ua website (hereinafter referred to as the Website) is permitted under the conditions set out below.
“Materials” means text, photographic, graphic, and video materials published on the Site.
“Use” means any reproduction, publication, copying, reprinting, distribution, translation, broadcast, cable transmission, processing and other methods provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine.
The use of materials is permitted only with an active hyperlink (direct and open to search engines) to the direct address (url) of the material on the Site. The hyperlink must be placed in the first paragraph of the material. The font size of the hyperlink must not be smaller than the font of the text of the material used. The presence of a hyperlink is mandatory regardless of the full or partial use of the Site materials.

If the photo contains the photographer's name (or other information about the photographer) and/or the Site's WEATHERMARK, their preservation is mandatory when using the photos.
If it is necessary to use text, photographs, graphics, videos, or other materials posted on the sites, the rights to which belong to third parties, users must contact these persons.
The materials in all sections are the copyright of the user who posted the publication. By sending the material for moderation, the author automatically consents to the use of the publication and personal data. Users are responsible for the content of the data. The opinion of the authors of the articles posted in all sections may differ from the official position of the site administration and the company. The editorial office undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the user's personal data.
Materials marked with the signs “Advertisement”, “PR”, “Press release” may be published as advertising. The advertiser is responsible for the content of advertising information.
The Site Administration has the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Changes shall come into force from the moment of publication of the new version on the Site.
Any use of materials (including photographs) that contain links to the agencies Interfax-Ukraine, Ukrainian News, Ukrinform, UNIAN, Reuters and other sites is strictly prohibited.
Any commercial use of information, reproduction of texts or their fragments for the purpose of commercial exercise of the right of access to this information is prohibited.
Violation of these terms and conditions will be considered as a violation of legally protected intellectual property rights and the right to information. Such a violation will be considered as the use of materials without the company's permission. In such cases, the company reserves the right to protect rights in court in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
These Terms apply to news agencies, websites, electronic (television) and print media, individuals and legal entities.
The Owner is not responsible for the content posted by users in comments. The Site Administration reserves the right to moderate all materials added to the site by users and user accounts.
