Easter is a family holiday, which is usually celebrated with close friends. If you are going to visit your parents or invite them to your place for the holiday, make funny cards for grandparents with your child. We are sure they will be pleased!

And although we don't really like to congratulate each other with cards on this day, for a child it will be a great occasion for creativity! We offer 5 creative ideas that will help you make bright and unusual Easter gift cards with your child!

Postcard with children's prints

You can make an Easter card for grandma even with a one and a half year old child, especially if she loves to draw!

For the product you will need:

  • finger paints or gouache
  • black felt-tip pen

  • scissors
  • cardboard

process:

  1. Fold the cardboard in half - this will be the base of the card.
  2. Cut 2 circles out of white paper: one large for the rabbit's body, the second, slightly smaller, for the head.
  3. Give your child finger paints and let them draw circles with their palms, and on a separate sheet of white paper, make four prints of the children's feet. Cut them out along the outline.
  4. Glue the painted paper circles to the cardboard with PVA glue and let dry.
  5. Glue two pieces of paper with footprints to the rabbit's head, and two to the bottom of the body, as shown in the picture.

Postcard "Striped Egg"

You can make such a card with a 2-3 year old child – they will actively help!

Follow the instructions in the picture and you will get a beautiful colored "closed" card. To make the process shorter and the card itself look neater, you can use bright thin tape.

The same card can be made using knitting yarn.

Postcard "Rabbit" made of threads

This Easter card is made in the same way as the previous version, only instead of paper strips or tape, you need to glue a cloth of threads inside the card.

It is better to lay out the threads inside one at a time, alternating colors - then you will get a bright and beautiful card! We recommend cutting out the rabbit along the contour with nail scissors or a stationery knife - do this part of the work yourself.

Ask your child to paint the fluffy head of the future chick. While the paint is still dry, apply glue to the halves of the egg made of bright cardboard and glue them to the "head."

Cut out eyes and a beak for the chicken from colored paper, glue them onto the yellow mass, and leave to dry on the windowsill.

Postcard "Easter Bunny"

To make this card beautiful and festive, you need to choose bright cardboard with a print and make a pompom out of thread.

This product is suitable for making with a child aged 5-6, when he or she can already actively participate or will do it independently under your clear guidance.

To start, fold the cardboard in half and draw a rabbit on it so that the ear is on the fold of the cardboard. Cut out the rabbit without cutting the ear line.

Tie a satin ribbon bow on the rabbit's ear, and glue a pompom tail to the back of the card.
